Collaborative editor

Engage everyone and build your content together. With Learn's collaborative editor, your team can all work on the same version of the document, at the same time. You can co-edit your articles with other contributors and see the changes reflected instantly.

You can also add comments in the editor to exchange feedback on the content.


To add a comment:
  1. Navigate to the editor.
  2. Click the Menu icon () in the top-left corner.
  3. Go to the Insert section.
  4. Click Comment in the References & Comments section.
  5. Enter the comment, then click Add.

  1. Navigate to the editor.
  2. Click the Add icon () to the left of the editor.
  3. Click Comment.
  4. Enter the comment, then click Add.
(or)
  1. Select the text you want to add a comment to.
  2. Click the Add comment icon in the menu that appears.
  3. Enter the comment, then click Add
To reply to a comment:
  1. Go to the comment, enter the reply.
  2. Click Reply
To resolve a comment:
  1. Go to the comment, then click Resolve
To edit a comment:
  1. Go to the comment.
  2. Click the More Options icon () on the comment, then click Edit.
  3. Edit the comment, then click Save
To delete a comment:
  1. Go to the comment.
  2. Click the More Options icon () on the comment, then click Delete
To like a comment:
  1. Go to the comment, then click Like.
