Collaborative editing and internal commenting

Learn's editor lets your team work together on the contents of the same version of an article simultaneously. You can add comments to share your opinion or exchange feedback on the contents of the article. You can reply to comments that have been posted or resolve them once the changes have been made or opinions have been shared. You will also be able to see the changes made by the contributors getting reflected instantly.

Adding a comment

To add a comment:

You can add a comment by following any one of the methods described below.

Method 1

  1. Select the text you want to add a comment to.

  2. Click the Add comment icon.

  3. Enter the comment, then click Add.


Method 2

  1. Click the Add icon (+) to the left of the editor.


  1. Click Comment.


  1. Enter the comment, then click Add.

Method 3

  1. Click the Insert in the top-left corner.


      2. Enter the comment, then click Add.

Replying to a comment

To reply to a comment:

  1. Go to the comment, enter the reply.

  2. Click Reply.


Resolving a comment

To resolve a comment:

Go to the comment, then click Resolve.


Liking a comment

To like a comment:

Go to the comment, then click Like.


Editing a comment

To edit a comment:

  1. Go to the comment.

  2. Click the More Options icon () on the comment, then click Edit.

  1. Edit the comment, then click Save.

Deleting a comment

To delete a comment:

  1. Go to the comment.

  2. Click the More Options icon () on the comment, then click Delete.

    3. Click Delete.


Notes

The comments you include within the article using internal commenting will not be shown in the article comment section.To see these comments, you must access the article editor.
