You can make your articles interactive and engaging using the embed video option available in editor. You can upload videos directly from YouTube, Vimeo, and Dailymotion, and use them in your article.

To embed a video:

      1. Select Insert and click Media .

      2. Then, choose Videos.

  1. Choose where you want to upload the video from, by clicking the drop-down option.



      4. You can search for the video by either typing in the name or by pasting the URL in the search bar.

     5.  You can preview the video by clicking the Play button, which appears when you hover over the video.


      6.  You can insert the video by clicking Insert.

Embedding a video/media from Workdrive

You can integrate video files stored in you Workdrive using embed code.

To embed a video from Workdrive:

  1. Select the file in Zoho Workdrive.
  2. Click the Share icon in the top action bar.
  3. Select Copy code from the dropdown. 
  4. Click Copy to copy the embed code

      5. Then, click Embed in the Media.
      6. Paste the copied embed code from Workdrive, then click Embed.
