Include shapes and drawings, which can be useful for creating diagrams, flowcharts, or other visual content.

1. Navigate to the Editor ().

2. Click Insert in the top menu.

3. Choose Drawing.
   

5. Choose a shape of your choice and click Insert.
   

You can also add block arrows, flow charts, equations,stars, call-outs, action buttons line connectors.

Inserting textboxes and symbols

Use text boxes to highlight key information or important points in your content.You can insert text boxes, arrows, punctuation, currencies, mathematical and scientific symbols along with shapes and drawings.

To insert textboxes:

1. Navigate to the Editor ().

2. Click the Menu ( ) icon on the top left-corner.

3. Click Insert.

4. Under Pictures and Tables Tab, choose Drawing.

5. Select Text, then choose Textbox.

6. Choose a textbox of your choice and click insert.
   

To insert symbols:

1. Navigate to the Editor ().

2. Click Insert in the top menu.

3. Under Pictures and Tables Tab, choose Drawing.

4. Select Text, then choose Symbol.

5. Choose a symbol of your choice and click Insert.
   

Drawing with a pen

You draw straight lines and curved lines, free-form figures, or choose to draw any form of figures using scribble if you prefer more flexibility.

To draw with pen:

1. Navigate to the Editor ().

2. Click Insert in the top menu.   

3. Choose Drawing.

4. Select Shape.

5. Select your preferred option.

6. Once you have finished drawing, click on Insert.
   

Continuous draw mode

You can draw more than one drawing at a time by enabling continuous draw mode.

To enable continuous draw mode:

1. Select Shape 

2. Enable the Continuous Draw Mode.
   

Shape Recognition

You can draw any shape freely and watch it seamlessly transform into a precise, solid shape by enabling Shape Recognition.

To enable shape recognition:

1. Select Shape and select Space Recognition.
   

Formatting the drawing

You can format custom shapes by arranging ,adding colors, shadows, gradients, and patterns.

Editing a drawing

To edit a drawing:

1. Click on the inserted shape to see the drawing options on the left panel.

2. Click Edit Drawing, you can make the necessary changes to the drawings and shapes you have already inserted.
   

Deleting a drawing

To delete a single shape:

Select the shape and press the Delete key

(Or)

Click on the inserted shape and select delete from the drawing options.

To delete multiple shapes:

Click to select the first shape, press and hold the Shift key while selecting the other shapes, and then press the Delete key.
