Advanced Manual Settings

Admins of a manual or the space in which it belongs can enable or disable ratings, comments, export, and views for the articles in the manual.

1. Navigate to the manual and click the More Options icon (

) in the top-right corner.

2. Click Settings and go to the Advanced under the General tab.

3. To allow or restrict users from providing feedback for the articles, Enable or Disable Ratings.

4. To allow or restrict users from commenting on the articles, Enable or Disable Comments.

5. To show or hide the number of user views for the articles, Enable or Disable Article Views.

6. To allow or restrict the export of articles in the manual to PDF, Enable or Disable Article Export.
