Changing the layout of your manual

Change the layout of manuals depending on your content. Learn offers the following layout options for your manuals.

Left layout is the default layout in Learn and can be used in cases where there are many articles. The articles and chapters in the manual will be displayed as a list to the left of the article content.

Top layout comes in handy when you have limited content that can be accessed quickly. The articles and chapters will be listed below the manual banner. You can click on a chapter to view its articles as a dropdown.

To change the layout of a manual:

1. Navigate to the manual.

2. Click the Preferences icon (

) in the top-right corner.

3. In the Layout section, click the Top layout icon (

) to use the top layout.

4. Click the Left layout icon (

) to use the left layout.
