Changing your manual preferences

Retain your organization's brand identity across all manuals using the banner and theme preferences.

To change the font style

1. Navigate to the Manual.

2. Click the Preferences icon (

) in the top-right corner.

3. In the Font Style section, click Default to have Default font style or click Serif to have Serif font style.

These changes will not be applied to the content in the editor. The font style preferences will be available only in individual reader view.

Applying full width

To apply full width:

Navigate to the manual.
Click the Preferences icon () in the top-right corner.
Turn the Full-Width switch on.

Changing the banner and theme

To choose a banner from Learn's gallery:

Navigate to the manual and hover over the banner.
Click Change banner.
Select a banner from the Gallery tab.

To upload an image from your device:

Go to the Upload tab.
Click Choose a file, then choose an image from your device.

To use an image from the web:

Go to the Embed link tab.
Paste the URL in the input box and click Embed link.

To remove the banner:

Navigate to the manual, then click the Preferences icon () in the top-right corner.
Switch the Banner button on or off to view your manual with or without the banner. You can also remove the banner by hovering over it and selecting Remove.

If you are the admin, you can apply these preferences for all people who have access to the manual. Click Apply to Everyone to apply the changes to everyone.
