Deleting manuals
The manual admin can move a manual in a space to trash before deleting it permanently. Only the space admin or hub admin can restore the manual from trash. The manual will be permanently deleted from trash after 180 days.
Moving a manual to trash from the manual card
To move a manual to trash from the manual card:
1. Click the More options icon (
).
2. Click Move to Trash.
Moving a manual to trash from within the manual
To move a manual to trash from inside the manual:
1. Click the More options icon (
) in the top-right corner.
2. Click Settings.
3. Click Move to Trash.

Deleting private manuals
Private manuals cannot be moved to trash. They can only be deleted permanently. Once you delete a private manual, all its articles, and chapters will be permanently deleted.

To delete a private manual from the manual card:
1. Click the More Options icon (
).
2. Click Delete.

2.Click Settings.
3. Click Delete Manual.
