Knowledge analytics

With Zoho Learn's knowledge reports, the hub admins can monitor how your knowledge base is performing. You can get a graphical representation of the number of active articles and users over a specific period.

To view reports for the articles in your hub:

  1.  Navigate to the Reports tab, then click Knowledge Analytics

  2.  Select a date range from the Date Range picker to get the reports for the selected period.
  3.  A summary of the following details will be displayed in the Overview section.
  1. Total number of spaces
  1. Total number of manuals
  1. Total number of articles
  1. Total number of comments

  4.  A graphical representation of the following details will be displayed.
  1. New articles graph gives the number of new articles created over the selected period of time.
  1. User activity (New articles) graph gives the number of unique users who created new articles over the selected period of time.

  1. Article edits graph gives the number of articles edited over the selected period of time.
  1. User activity (Article edits) graph gives the number of unique users who edited articles over the selected period of time

  1. New comments graph gives the number of comments added over the selected period of time.
  1. User activity (New comments) graph gives the number of unique users who added comments over the selected period of time.
