Managing draft articles in a manual

The contributors and admin of a manual can view the list of drafts in the manual. This gives a consolidated list of all the draft articles inside a manual.

Managing individual draft articles

You can view the contents, edit, publish, or move draft articles to trash from the drafts list of a manual.

Navigate to the manual, then click the More options icon () in the top-right corner.
Click Manage Drafts.
To view a draft article, click the article in the list.
To publish an article, click the More options icon () on the article, then click Publish.
To move an article to trash, click the More options icon () on the article, then click Move to Trash.
To edit an article, click the More options icon () on the article, then click Edit.

Publishing articles in bulk

You can select multiple or all articles in a manual and publish them together.

Navigate to the manual, then click the More options icon () in the top-right corner.
Click Manage Drafts.
Select individual articles or click the Select all option to select all articles in the list.
Click Publish.
