Moving Manuals in Zoho Learn
In Zoho Learn, you can move private manuals into a space or space manuals from one space to another. However, you will not be able to convert space manuals into private manuals.
To move a manual from inside the manual:
1. Navigate to the manual.
2. Click the More options icon (
).
3. Click Move.
4. Search for and select the space you want to move the manual to.
5. Choose the access privilege for the space members.
6. Click Move.
To move a manual from the manual card:
1. Click the More options icon () on the manual card.
2. Click Move.
3. Search for and select the space you want to move the manual to.
4. Choose the access privilege for the space members.
5.Click Move.
