Adding Banner Image for Spaces

You have the option to incorporate a banner image into your space, which serves to strengthen your organization's brand or provide a distinct identity for the department it represents. Within Zoho Learn, you can decide whether to display or hide the space banner and also customize the banner with your preferred image.

You can choose to set a banner image by selecting an image from Learn's gallery, uploading one from your device, embedding an image link or selecting a solid color.
  1. Navigate to the space and hover over the banner.
  2. Click Change banner.
  3. Select a banner from the Gallery tab.   

To upload an image from your device:

  1. Navigate to the space and hover over the banner.
  2. Click Change banner.
  3. Go to the Upload tab.
  4. Click Choose a file, then choose an image from your device. 

To use an image from the web:

  1. Navigate to the space and hover over the banner.
  2. Click Change banner.
  3. Go to the Embed link tab.
  4. Paste the URL in the input box and click Embed link. 

To choose a solid color for the banner:

  1. Navigate to the space and hover over the banner.
  2. Click Change banner.
  3. Select a color from the Solid Colors tab.  

To remove the banner:

  1. Navigate to the space and hover over the banner.
  2. Click Remove.
