You can convert any existing article into a template to reuse its structure, formatting, and content. This helps maintain consistency and reduces the time spent creating similar articles.

Creating custom templates is available only in the Professional plan.

Steps to save an article as a template  

1. Navigate to the article you want to reuse.

2. Click the More options icon (⋯) next to the article.

3. Select Save as Template. You will be redirected to the editor.

4. Make any necessary changes to adapt the content into a reusable format.

5. Click Save to keep it as a draft or Publish to make it available for use.

The article will be converted into a template while retaining its structure and formatting. You can further refine the template in the editor before publishing. Once published, the template can be used to create new articles with a consistent layout.
