Using manual and space templates as hub templates

The hub admin can make existing manual and space templates into hub templates. You can create a duplicate of the templates or move them to the hub templates collection.

To use space templates as hub templates:

1. Navigate to the space and click Templates.

2.Click the More options icon (

) next to the template name and click Use as hub template.

3. To move the template, select the Move option, then click Move.

4. To create a duplicate of the template, select the Duplicate option. Enter the name for the template, then click Duplicate.

To use manual templates as hub templates:

1. Navigate to your manual.

2. Click the Manual Options icon (

) in the top-right corner and click Templates.

3. Click the More options icon (

) next to the template name and then click Use as hub template.

4. To move the template, select the Move option, then click Move.

5. To create a duplicate of the template, select the Duplicate option. Enter the name for the template, then click Duplicate.

Create. Review. Publish.
