Course admins can download completion certificates of individual learners.Downloading learners' certificates can help administrators maintain official records of certifications for audits or reporting requirements. It can also be useful to evaluate learners' progress and verify whether they have completed the courses that are assigned to them.

To download the completion certificate:

1. Navigate to the course and select the Learners tab.

2. Locate the user whose certificate you want to download.

3. Click on the More Options () icon and select Download Certificate.
