Custom Portal Reports

Custom portal reports provide a consolidated view of learner enrollment and course activity across all the custom portals in your hub. You can use these reports to monitor how external learners are engaging with the courses
shared through your custom portals.

How to view custom portal reports  

To view reports for your custom portals:

  1. Navigate to Reports from the top navigation bar.
  2. Select Custom Portals from the Reports Dashboard.
  3. You can get an overview of the custom portals in your hub along with learner and course information.

View learner reports for a custom portal  

Learner reports help you track the learners enrolled in your custom portals and monitor their learning progress.
  1. Go to Reports.
  2. Select Custom Portals.
  3. Click the custom portal for which you want to view the report.
  4. View the learner details and their course progress.

These reports help you monitor learner participation and identify learners who may need additional support.

View course reports for a custom portal  

Course reports help you analyze the courses shared through a custom portal and track learner engagement with those courses.

  1. Go to Reports.
  2. Select Custom Portals.
  3. Click the custom portal for which you want to view the report.
  4. View the courses and their learner progress from the Courses tab.

View lesson reports for custom portal

  1. Go to Reports.
  2. Select Custom Portals.
  3. Click the custom portal.
  4. Choose the courses and select the Lessons tab to view the report.
