Space Reports

Space reports provide a consolidated view of learner and course activity across the spaces in your hub. You can use these reports to understand learner enrollment, track course progress, and analyze learning activity across different spaces.

How to view space reports  

To view reports for your spaces:

  1. Navigate to Reports from the top navigation bar.
  2. Select Spaces from the Reports Dashboard.

You can view a list of the spaces in your hub along with their learner and course information.

View learner reports for a space  

Space learner reports help you track the learners associated with each space and their learning progress.

  1. Go to Reports.
  2. Select Spaces.
  3. Click the space for which you want to view the report.
  4. Click the Users tab.
     
5. View the learner details and their course progress.

You can use these reports to understand learner participation and identify learners who may need attention.

View course reports for a space  

Space course reports help you analyze the courses available to learners in a space.
  1. Go to Reports.
  2. Select Spaces.
  3. Click the space for which you want to view the report.
  4. Choose the course from the courses tab to view the lessons associated with the course and their learner progress.

These reports help you evaluate course engagement and monitor learning progress across different spaces.

  1. Go to Reports and select Spaces.
  2. Click the space.
  3. Select the course and click the lesson for which you want to view the report.
