Publishing Lessons and Courses
Publishing a lesson
For courses that are already published, you can create new lessons or edit existing lessons and publish them individually. New lessons created inside courses that are already published will be first saved as drafts. These lessons will be available for learners only after you publish them.
To publish or republish a lesson:
- Navigate to the course, then go to the lesson you want to publish.
- Click Publish in the top-right corner.
- To reset the status of the learners in the course, select Reset course status for learners option. You can choose which learners' status you want to modify depending on their course status.
- To reset the status of all learners, select For all learners option.
- To reset the status of learners whose course status is in progress, select For learners who are in progress option.
- To notify learners about the newly published or republished lesson, select Notify learners option.
Publishing a course
In Zoho Learn, you can publish your courses to all the users in your hub or selected users. You can also choose to mandate admin approval for learners to enroll for courses that are open to everyone in the hub.
To publish a course:
- Navigate to the course, then click Publish in the top-right corner.
- To publish the course to all hub users, select the Hub users radio button. If the users need admin approval to enroll in the course, switch the Need admin approval button ON.
- To only publish the course to users you've added, select the Invited learners only radio button.
Courses will only be visible to your learners if they are published.
