Creating a Learning Path in Zoho Learn LMS

With learning paths, you can customize course order, manage deadlines, track progress, and award certificates and badges on completion.  


Creating a learning path is similar to creating a course. You can perform all the actions that you would perform while creating a course, as well as additional actions specific to learning paths.

To create a learning path:

  1. Navigate to the My Authoring tab under Learning.

  2. Click the (+) icon and choose Learning path.


  1. Provide a name and description for your learning path and click Create.

Adding courses to a learning path

To add courses to your learning path:

  1. Navigate to the Outline section of the learning path and click Add course.


  1. Choose the courses that you want to add to your learning path and click Add.

Setting course release date in a learning path

To set a course release date:

  1. Click Add Rules.


  1. Enable Course Release Date.

  1. Choose a date and time and click Set.


Enabling mandatory completion in a learning path

To make completion mandatory:

  1. Click Add Rules and enable Mandatory Completion.

  2. Click Save.
