Changing the video in a lesson

1. Navigate to the lesson, then click the Settings icon () in the top-right corner.
   
2. To upload a video, go to the Upload tab and choose a video file from your device.
   
3. To embed a code, go to the Embed Code tab and paste the code.
   
4. To embed a URL, go to the Embed URL tab and paste the URL.
   
5. Click Save.
   

Authors can allow or restrict the download of videos by learners in the video lessons of your course.

Managing a block lesson

Copying a block

1. Navigate to the lesson, then hover over the block you want to copy.
   
2. Click the Copy icon ().
   

Deleting a block

1. Navigate to the lesson, then hover over the block you want to delete.
   
2. Click the Delete icon ().
   

Moving a block

1. Navigate to the lesson, then hover over the block you want to move.
   
2. Click the Up icon () to move the block up. Click the Down icon () to move the block down.
   

Changing the block settings

1. Navigate to the lesson, then hover over the block.
   
2. Click the Settings icon ().
   
3. In the Settings tab, select the padding from the Top Padding and Bottom Padding dropdown.
   
4. To change the background color, click the color tile under Background Color and select a color. Click Remove to remove the background color.
   
5. To change the text color, click the color tile under Text Color and select a color. Click Remove to remove the text color.
   

Changing content in image blocks

1. Navigate to the lesson, then hover over the block.
   
2. Click the Settings icon ().
   
3. To change the image, click Change in the Manage tab.
   

Changing content in video blocks

1. Navigate to the lesson and hover over the block.
   
2. Click the Settings icon (), then click the Manage tab.
   
3. To upload a video, go to the Upload tab and choose a video file from your device.
   
4. To embed a code, go to the Embed Code tab and paste the code.
   
5. To embed a URL, go to the Embed URL tab and paste the URL.
   
6. Click Save.
   

Changing content in document blocks

1. Navigate to the lesson, then hover over the block.
   
2. Click the Settings icon ().
   
3. To change the document, click Change in the Manage tab.
   

Managing content in process blocks

1. Navigate to the lesson, then hover over the block.
   
2. Click the Settings icon ().
   
3. Go to Content tab.
   
4. Click Add Item to add an item to the process.
   
5. To delete an item, click the Delete icon () on the item.
   
6. To reorder the items, click and drag the items on the list.
