Sharing courses to spaces

 🔎 Quick look: Learners tab -> Add Learners -> Add

Share courses to the spaces in your hub to facilitate department specific training for the users in the space. You can manage the delivery of the course to all space members and also track reports of all users in the space from a single place.

To share a course to a space:
  1. Navigate to the course, then go to the Learners tab.
  2. Click Add Learners.
  3. Select the space you want to add, then click Add.

Only admins of the space will have the ability to share courses to the space.

To remove spaces from a course:
  1. Navigate to the course, then go to the Learners tab.
  2. Go to the Spaces tab.
  3. Click the More Options icon () on the space.
  4. Click Remove.


To reset the status of a space in a course:
  1. Navigate to the course, then go to the Learners tab.
  2. Go to the Spaces tab.
  3. Click the More Options icon () on the space.
  4. Click Reset.
To view the list of spaces in a course:
  1. Navigate to the course, then go to the Learners tab.
  2. Go to the Spaces tab.
  3. View the list of spaces added to the course.
  4. Click on a space to view the list of users in the space.
