Managing question banks
There may be instances where you do not want to use the question bank in your hub, but want to save it for future use. This feature comes handy in such situations. Hub admins can choose to enable or disable question banks in their hub.
To manage question banks:
1. Click on the Settings (
) icon and then choose Settings.
2. Select Question Banks under the Manage section.
3. To disable a question bank, toggle the button next to the question bank that you want to disable.
4. To enable a question bank, toggle the button next to the question bank that you want to enable.
Sharing a question bank
To share a question bank:
1. Click on the More options (
) icon next to the question bank and select Manage.
2. Type in the name or email id with whom you want to share the question bank.
3. Choose a privilege and click Add.
Deleting a question bank
To delete a question bank:
1. Click on the More options (
) icon next to the question bank and select Manage.
2. Click on Delete question bank.
