Course and lesson completion status

1. The percentage of course completed will be displayed below the course name in the left pane inside the course, as well as in the course overview page.
   

1. The percentage of lesson completed will be displayed next to the lesson name in the left pane, depending on your scroll on a lesson.
   
2. Once you mark a lesson as complete, the percentage will change to 100%.
