My reports
Get detailed reports of your progress in the courses you've enrolled in. You can identify your strengths as well as the areas for improvement and analyze what you can do to improve results.
To view your reports:
- Navigate to the Reports tab, then click My Reports.
- A summary of the following details for all the courses you've enrolled in is displayed in the Overview section:
- Number of courses you've enrolled in
- Number of courses you are yet to start
- Number of courses in progress
- Number of courses you've completed
- Average progress in all the courses
- Average time spent in the courses
- The following details for each course are displayed:
- Course name
- Enrolled Date
- Start Date
- Completed Date
- Time Spent
- Completion Percentage
- Status
- To get detailed reports on the lessons in the course, click the course. A summary of the following details for all the lessons is displayed in the Overview section:
- Total lessons in the course
- Number of lessons you are yet to start
- Number of lessons in progress
- Number of lessons you've completed
- Completion percentage for the course
- Time spent in the course
- The funnel tab displays your progress in the lessons from one stage to another. Click a funnel stage to view the lessons in the selected funnel stage. The following information is captured in the funnel:
- Total Lessons
- Started
- Completed
- The following details for each lesson in the course are displayed:
- Lesson name
- Start Date
- Time Spent
- Completion Percentage
- Status
- To customize the information displayed in the reports table, click the Show/Hide columns icon and select the columns that you want to show or hide in the table.
- To export the report as CSV, click Export to CSV.
- You can apply filter options to display information depending on the status of the courses or lessons. You can also click the column headers to sort the table based on that particular column.
