Accessing Course Certificates
When a course has certification enabled, you can receive a certificate after meeting the course completion requirements.
After completing an eligible course:
- Open the completed course.
- Access the certificate provided for the course.
- View or download the certificate.
Zoho Learn's mobile app supports downloading course completion certificates.
