Accessing knowledge resources in mobile app

Zoho Learn organizes knowledge into spaces, manuals, chapters, and articles.
You can use the mobile app to access the knowledge resources that have been shared with you.

Accessing a space  

Spaces provide a common location for knowledge and learning resources intended for a particular team, department, or group.

To access a space:

  1. Open the Zoho Learn app.
  2. Navigate to the available spaces

  1. Select the required space.

  2. Browse the manuals and other resources available in the space.

The spaces available to you depend on your permissions.

Browsing a manual  

Manuals organize related articles into a structured knowledge base.

To browse a manual:

  1. Open the required space.
  2. Select a manual.

  1. Browse its chapters and select an article to read it.

You can navigate between articles using the manual's structure.

Reading an article  

Articles contain the organization's documentation, procedures, guides, and other knowledge resources.

To read an article:

  1. Open the required manual.
  2. Select the chapter containing the article.
  3. Select the article.

You can read the article and access the content included by the author.
Depending on the article, the content may include text, images, links, videos, documents, and other supported content.
