Once you've signed up and created your account in Zoho Learn, you can access your hub using the URL, learn.zoho.com. If you've linked your hub to a custom domain, you can access your hub using the custom domain URL. You can access the following sections to get started with Zoho Learn:
The top navigation menu gives a full picture of all the tabs available in Zoho Learn to provide users with an intuitive experience. The top navigation bar consists of the following tabs:
- Knowledge
- Learning
- Spaces
- Reports
- Search
- Notification
- Admin settings
2. Knowledge
Build and browse your knowledge base. The Knowledge tab gives you complete access to all the manuals and articles you've created and the ones that are shared with you. Quickly access the manuals and articles you've bookmarked from the Bookmarks section. Explore the list of all the manuals that are shared with all the users in your hub in the Explore section. The Activity section gives you a timeline representation of the activities in your knowledge base.
3. Learning
Get a comprehensive view of the learning materials in your hub. Access the courses you've enrolled in and the ones you've created in the Learning tab. The dashboard in the My Learning section gives an overview of your progress in the courses you've enrolled in. Explore the courses that are open to all the users in your hub in the Explore section.
4. Spaces
Access the spaces in your hub from the Spaces tab. You can view the spaces you've created and the spaces that you are a member of in the My Spaces section. The All Spaces section will list all the spaces in the My Spaces section, plus the spaces of the manuals that are shared with all the users in your hub.
5. Reports
Track the updates and user activity in your knowledge base and the progress of your learners in the training materials. You can analyze the reports generated for the activities in your hub from the Reports dashboard.
6. Add icon
Create knowledge resources ad training materials using the Add icon in the bottom of the screen. To create articles, manuals, or spaces, navigate to the Knowledge tab or Spaces tab, then click the Add icon. To create courses, navigate to the Learning tab, then click the Add icon.
7. Search
Zoho Learn provides a robust search to find what you need in a couple of clicks. You can search for articles, manuals, spaces, courses, and files using the Search bar. To know more about search, visit

8. Notification
Click the Notification icon to view the in-app notifications for the updates and activities in your hub. You can click an item in the notification tray to navigate to the space, manual, article, or course and view the details of the notification. In Zoho Learn, you will receive notifications for the following actions:
- Added to a space or manual
- Role changed in space or manual
- Manual shared with everyone in hub
- Article published or republished
- Feedback received for an article you've authored
- External sharing for a manual is enabled, disabled, or updated
- New comment, mention, or reply in an article
- Liked your comment in an article
- Assigned a course to you
- Added you as a co-author in a course
- Role changed in course
- Course published or unpublished
- Lesson published
- Drip lesson release
- Quiz submitted by learner
- Quiz evaluated by author or instructor
- Assignment submitted by learner
- Assignment approved or rejected by author or instructor
- Learner completed the course
- Discussion in a lesson
- Learner requested to enroll in the course
- Admin approved learner's request to enroll in the course
9. Admin settings
The Settings icon in the top navigation bar will be visible only to the admin of the hub. The hub admins can manage users, spaces, manuals, courses, tags, categories, and policies of the hub from the Admin Settings.
