Dashboards of Zoho Projects Plus
Dashboard provides you a comprehensive view of all the ongoing projects in your organization, letting you monitor their progress and analyze the performance instantly from the home page. This helps gain key insights, predict timelines, and improve your overall strategy.
In Zoho Projects Plus, dashboards are listed for individual applications like Projects, Sprints, and Analytics. You can select the required application from the left panel and choose a project to view its corresponding dashboard.
Zoho Projects Plus allows you to customize the dashboards to prioritize critical information first, enable or disable widgets, and apply filters on data, to view the information as you want it.
Here's a rundown on the dashboards supported by Zoho Projects Plus.
Projects' Dashboard
Projects provides three dashboards: personal, portfolio, and individual. The personal dashboard highlights the progress of your work items from upcoming to overdue issues, tasks, milestones, and events. The portfolio dashboard provides a compact overview of all the work that’s been happening across projects. Additionally, each individual project has a dashboard that compiles the project’s data and visualizes its progress.
Each tile in the Projects’ dashboard is a widget and can be customized. You can reorder, refresh, or remove the widgets. Dashboards can also be exported as PDFs.
Sprints' Dashboard
Sprints comes with a built-in dashboard for every project you create. It helps track and understand the advancements in projects with a quick glance.
The Weekly Digest section displays the project’s progress for a particular week, allowing you to select the time period using a calendar. The Item Completion section displays the open and closed item completion percentages. Subsequently, you can view the count of total, active, upcoming, and completed sprints. User Engagement helps you track the performance of your team. The Backlog section allows you to track the backlog item types, user activity in backlogs, and its progress through sprints. By the end of the dashboard, you can view charts related to log hours and billing status of the project, helping you with accurate billing.
Analytics' Dashboard
Analytics generates ready-made dashboards and reports with the key parameters of hybrid projects run using Projects and Sprints. Users can also build their own customized dashboards with a simple and intuitive drag and drop interface.
Dashboards in Analytics are an effective way to organize reports in a single page to derive quick insights at a glance. All the dashboards created in Analytics are listed on Projects Plus’ home page. The Analytics organization is integrated with Projects and Sprints, allowing you to club data to plot charts and reports for hybrid insights. The generated dashboards cannot be edited here; however, all other operations are supported.
