What happens to my data after my Zoho Projects Plus trial is canceled?
After your Zoho Projects Plus trial is cancelled, Zoho Projects and Zoho Sprints will move to the previously used standalone plan, and Zoho Analytics and Zoho WorkDrive will move to a standalone free plan. The data of each application (Zoho Projects, Zoho Sprints, Zoho Analytics, Zoho WorkDrive) will be transferred to it and will adhere to the data retention policy of the application.
Your data exclusive to Zoho Projects Plus will be retained for 180 days, within which you are welcome to reactive your account anytime. After 180 days, your data in Zoho Projects Plus will be automatically deleted from our data centres.
What happens to my data in Zoho Projects Plus after my payment fails?
If you are upgrading to a paid version of Zoho Projects Plus and your payment fails, you can always retry the payment.
We will wait for a window of 180 days before marking your account as inactive. After 180 days of holding an inactive account, your data in Zoho Projects Plus will be automatically deleted from our data centres.
What happens to my data after I cancel my Zoho Projects Plus subscription?
When you no longer require the paid plan of Zoho Projects plus, you can cancel your subscription. After downgrade, all the bundled applications (Zoho Projects, Zoho Sprints, Zoho Analytics, and Zoho WorkDrive) will be moved to the standalone free plan. Your data will be transferred to the standalone edition and will adhere to the data retention policy of the application.
Your data exclusive to Zoho Projects Plus will be retained for 180 days, after which it will be automatically deleted from our data centers.
