Zia search in Zoho Projects Plus offers a unified search across all applications. It provides quick access to information, no matter where the information resides—Projects, WorkDrive, or Analytics. You can use conversational language as search terms to fetch details instead of relying on complex syntax for search.
Searching across applications empowers teams with all the information they need, collated in a single place, allowing them to make informed decisions and improve project performance.
Using Zia search, you can search:
- Across applications:
Searching for ‘tasks assigned to me’ in the All Apps section provides details on your tasks in Projects and also showcases task reports from Analytics.
- In one specific application:
You can search for specific documents from your document repository by navigating to the WorkDrive section in the left panel or using #WorkDrive followed by the document name as the search term.
Using a user’s contact:
To view the activities performed by a specific user you can use ‘@‘ followed by the user’s email address. To filter the results further, you can also type a search term next to the email address.
- With fine-grained filters:
The filter option at the top-right corner allows you to set filters to narrow down the exact information you are looking for.

You will be able to update the details of the bug and perform other actions in the bug without the hassle of navigating to the application.
