How to set up automation to assign users to reviews



Responding to all reviews is crucial for building trust, but negative or sensitive reviews require special attention. Assigning these reviews to an experienced team member is often more effective than using template-based responses.
  1. Click Automations in the left menu.



  2. Click the + Create Automation button.



  3. Enter a name for the automation.



  4. Select Assign users.



  5. Select a Business Group to which you want to set the automation.



    Notes Note:
     You can create multiple automations for different business groups and businesses.

    Important:
    1. When multiple automations share the same Business Groups, Businesses, Ratings, Listing sites, and Users, the most recently modified or created one will be active.
    2. If you delete the active automation, the next most recently modified or created one will become active.

  6. Businesses within the selected Business Group will be listed. Select the ones to set up automation.



  7. Select the listing sites.



  8. Select the ratings to which the user will be assigned.



  9. Select which reviews are to be included.



  10. Select a user.



    Notes Note:
     You can select only one user per automation. To assign different users or ratings, create separate automations. This prevents confusion and ensures smooth review handling.


  11. Check the box if you want to notify the user via email. Click Add.
