Introduction to Zoho Publish
1. What is Zoho Publish?
Zoho Publish is a comprehensive business directory management tool that boosts the online presence of a business across search engines and online directories/citation sites like Google Maps, CitySquares, Hotfrog, ShowMeLocal, and Brownbook.
No need to navigate multiple platforms; Publish simplifies the process and frees up your precious time. Additionally, it makes review and reputation management smooth with robust features like detailed analytics and sentiment analysis.
2. Why do businesses need Zoho Publish?
Business directory management is crucial for sustained success. Handling business directories and online reputation isn't a one-time task; it's an ongoing process that demands time and effort. Taking care of these tasks can be exhausting as well as essential. Zoho Publish, with its diverse functionalities, makes the entire process simple. In other words, you get an 'all-in-one business directories and reviews suite'.
3. Key features in Zoho Publish
One central hub
Manage multiple directories from a single page. Regularly check and update them to maintain up-to-date, accurate, and consistent information.
Review Management
Publish collects and showcases reviews from all sources. You can respond within seconds by setting up customized templates for distinct scenarios: positive or negative ones. This fosters trust and sets your business apart from competitors.
Unified Dashboard
When managing multiple locations of a business, you can get a holistic view of how your business is performing as a whole. Attributes like overall performance, reviews, ratings, sentiment, and response trends give you a bird's-eye view.
Add users and roles
Optimize team collaboration by assigning powers and responsibilities to roles, including Group Admin, Manager, and Viewer.
Pending actions
Some actions are crucial to gain maximum visibility on business directories. This feature lists them so that you don't miss your chances of being found by customers.
4. What is a business group?
A ''Business Group'' is where your business is accessed and organized. You can create any number of groups, add brands, and organize them based on your preferred categories like location, size or niche. Once created, each group is a consolidation of those business entities.
'Business Groups' can be accessed by clicking Home or the Zoho Publish logo at the top-left corner.
5. What are businesses on Zoho Publish?
'Businesses' is an interface within the broader classification of 'Business Groups'. This is where all business entities (previously organized) are displayed with their core details like address, connected business directories, and pending actions, if any.
Businesses can be accessed by navigating to Home and selecting a Business Group.
Note:
- Tap the
icon in the top-right corner to set the display preference. You can reorder Name, Address, and City/Locality and turn them on/off. The first selection on the list will be highlighted.
- Tap the
icon in the top-right corner to sort businesses based on alphabetical order, number of pending actions, modified time, and created time.
- Tap the
icon in the top-right corner to search businesses with matching names, whether they are published or drafted, and the number of pending actions.
What is an organization on Zoho Publish?
An organization consists of groups and businesses. You can invite other users to manage these businesses. Note that you can create a maximum of one organization.
You can access Organization by clicking My Profile in the top-right corner.
