Introduction to Zoho Publish
1. What is Zoho Publish?
Zoho Publish is a reputation management platform that helps businesses strengthen their online presence on Google and other listing sites. It brings together everything you need to manage and improve your reputation — from handling customer reviews across sites to updating business details and analyzing customer sentiment — all in one place.
2. Why do businesses need Zoho Publish?
Building a strong online reputation is not easy. Customers leave reviews on multiple platforms, business details like store hours or phone numbers often change, and keeping everything consistent across sites can be time-consuming. Zoho Publish simplifies all this. It lets you monitor reviews, respond to customers, update business information automatically, and understand how people perceive your brand, helping you attract more local customers and focus on your core business.
3. Key features in Zoho Publish
Zoho Publish offers everything a business needs to manage its online reputation effectively:
- Centralized review management: View, reply to, and analyze reviews from multiple platforms in one place.
- AI-powered automation: Automate responses for common reviews, assign critical ones to the right team members, and convert reviews into Zoho Desk tickets.

4. What is a business group?
A ''Business Group'' is where your business is accessed and organized. You can create any number of groups and organize them based on your preferred categories like location, size or niche. Once created, each group is a consolidation of those business entities.
'Business Groups' can be accessed by clicking Home or the Zoho Publish logo at the top-left corner.
5. What are businesses on Zoho Publish?
'Businesses' is an interface within the broader classification of 'Business Groups'. This is where all business entities (previously organized) are displayed with their core details like address, connected business directories, and pending actions, if any.
Businesses can be accessed by navigating to Home and selecting a Business Group.
Note:
- Tap the
icon in the top-right corner to set the display preference. You can reorder Name, Address, and City/Locality and turn them on/off. The first selection on the list will be highlighted.
- Tap the
icon in the top-right corner to sort businesses based on alphabetical order, number of pending actions, modified time, and created time.
- Tap the
icon in the top-right corner to search businesses with matching names, whether they are published or drafted, and the number of pending actions.
What is an organization on Zoho Publish?
An organization consists of groups and businesses. You can invite other users to manage these businesses. Note that you can create a maximum of one organization.
You can access Organization by clicking My Profile in the top-right corner.
