Analyzing Overview

Overview provides a comprehensive overview of the extensive data collected from multiple businesses within a group. It offers easy-to-understand, real-time data visuals, enabling you to identify successes and areas for improvement.

To access Overview, navigate to Home > Business group > Overview.

Explore Overview

Businesses - Number of businesses in the selected group

Pending actions - Number of pending actions requiring attention

Overall ratings - Average of review ratings across business directories

Users and Roles - Number of users distinguished by roles

Note: You can adjust the timeframe to view insights for periods including Overall, This Month, This Year, and Custom.

New reviews show the number of recent reviews received. Clicking View displays reviewer details such as name, rating, and content. You can respond manually, use review templates, or let AI instantly load personalized replies. Critical reviews can also be assigned to a user for timely resolution.

Negative reviews display the total number of negative reviews received. Clicking View lets you check feedback, respond manually, use templates, or generate AI-powered responses. You can assign critical reviews to specific users—responding thoughtfully to negative feedback shows transparency and helps your business appear more genuine and trustworthy.

Unreplied negative reviews highlight feedback that hasn’t been responded to yet. Clicking View allows you to reply manually, use templates, or create AI-generated responses. You can assign these reviews to users to address concerns quickly and show customers that their opinions truly matter.

Review Keywords

Customer experience keywords from positive and negative reviews help you instantly understand what customers value most and where expectations fall short without having to read hundreds of reviews. You can quickly identify recurring praise, complaints, and the most frequently mentioned aspects, along with the exact number of mentions.

Note:

Review Keywords are generated from reviews collected over the past two years, with up to 10 keywords displayed for each category.
Each keyword shows the number of times it appears in reviews, helping you quickly identify common themes in customer feedback.
Clicking a keyword opens all related reviews, showing the full review content and reviewer name, with the keyword highlighted for quick reference.

Staff-related keywords highlight positive and negative mentions about employees, including names, designations, professionalism, responsiveness, and customer service experiences. This helps businesses recognize top-performing staff, reward positive contributions, identify recurring service gaps early, and improve overall customer satisfaction.

Review Management Metrics

Missed responses for reviews list the actual reviews (with customers’ names, ratings, and messages) that lack a response. A thoughtful and prompt response to reviews shows that a business takes customer feedback seriously. You can navigate to each review and respond manually or by using review templates. Relevant review keywords that highlight key aspects of the feedback are also displayed below each review.

Average response time analyzes how your business is handling reviews. Reducing response times and providing helpful, relevant information to your customers is key to customer success. A fast response makes your customers feel important.

Sentiment Trends evaluates the tone, intent, and emotion behind reviews, categorizing them as positive, negative, or neutral. This is particularly helpful as reviews are essentially text, making it challenging to understand the underlying intent.

Response Trends offers insights into your review management performance, graphically comparing answered and unanswered reviews. This analysis helps prevent slow communication and build a loyal customer base.

Performance gives you an overview of your business’s review performance. It displays the total number of reviews received, along with the average rating and category. This widget also breaks down your reviews by sentiment—positive, neutral, and negative—helping you quickly understand how customers feel about your business overall.

Customer Satisfaction compares reviews based on star ratings, presenting them graphically. Navigating to them reveals the exact count of ratings.

Ratings on Listings segregate all connected business directories with their respective ratings. This comparison is valuable as it provides an overview of how your business is performing on different platforms.

Review Comparison shows the total reviews and average rating for each location. Click the

icon to sort locations from highest to lowest or lowest to highest.
