Note: You can adjust the timeframe to view insights for a specific period.
New reviews display the number of recent reviews received. You can apply the filter to view them within the timeframes of 7 days, 15 days, and 30 days. A pop-up appears, allowing you to respond to reviews manually or use review templates.
Negative reviews showcase the total number of negative reviews received. Clicking View allows you to examine and respond to reviews manually or use review templates, providing an opportunity to address negative feedback effectively and build a positive reputation.
Unreplied negative reviews help you mitigate the damage caused by every negative review. Clicking
