Analyzing Overview
Overview provides a comprehensive overview of the extensive data collected from multiple businesses within a group. It offers easy-to-understand, real-time data visuals, enabling you to identify successes and areas for improvement.

Explore Overview
Businesses - Number of businesses in the selected group
Pending actions - Number of pending actions requiring attention
Overall ratings - Average of review ratings across business directories
Users and Roles - Number of users distinguished by roles
Performance - Total review count with its average and category. Filter options include specific time frames, such as 7 days, 15 days, 30 days, and overall.
New reviews display the number of recent reviews received. You can apply the filter to view them within the timeframe of 7 days, 15 days, and 30 days. A pop-up appears, allowing you to respond to reviews manually or use review templates.
Negative reviews showcase the total number of negative reviews received. Clicking View allows you to examine and respond to reviews manually or use review templates, providing an opportunity to address negative feedback effectively and build a positive reputation.
Unanswered negative reviews help you mitigate the damage caused by every negative review. Clicking View allows you to examine and respond to reviews manually or use review templates, demonstrating that you care about your customers' experience.
Missed responses for reviews list the actual reviews (with customers' names, ratings, and messages) that lack a response. A thoughtful and prompt response to reviews shows that a business is taking feedback seriously. You can navigate to each review and respond to them manually or with review templates.
Average response time analyzes how your business is handling reviews. Reducing response times and providing helpful, relevant information to your customers is key to customer success. A fast response makes your customers feel important.
Sentiment Trends evaluates the tone, intent, and emotion behind reviews, categorizing them as positive, negative, or neutral. This is particularly helpful as reviews are essentially text, making it challenging to understand the underlying intent.
Response Trends offers insights into your review management performance, graphically comparing answered and unanswered reviews. This analysis helps prevent slow communication and build a loyal customer base.

Click the
Locations on Map marks the businesses within the group on a map. This provides a bird's eye view of their operational locations.
Customer Satisfaction compares reviews based on star ratings, presenting them graphically. Navigating to them reveals the exact count of ratings.
Ratings on Listings segregate all connected business directories with their respective ratings. This comparison is valuable as it provides an overview of how your business is performing on different platforms.
