How to resolve similar businesses pending action in Zoho Publish

Similar businesses found on Business Directories

When a directory has businesses that match your business's information, you can:

Scenario 1: List your business as a new entity

  1. Click Resolve.
  2. Click List as new business.

Scenario 2: Claim an existing business

  1. Click Resolve.
  2. A pop-up window with similar businesses will appear. Select the business you'd like to claim.
  3. Click Claim.

Scenario 3: Authenticate and claim an existing business

  1. Click Resolve.
  2. A pop-up window with similar businesses will appear. Select the business you'd like to claim.
  3. Click Authenticate and Claim. Sign in with an email address you wish to connect to your Google Business Profile.
  4. Read and agree to the 'Privacy Policy' and 'Terms of Service'. Click Continue.
