Pricing plans
Zoho Publish offers two plans:
- Free Plan: A forever-free plan with limited capabilities.
- Professional Plan: Includes access to all features, available as a monthly or yearly subscription.

How pricing works
Pricing is based on the number of locations your business manages and is calculated using a volume-based pricing system.
Number of locations | Price per location |
1 -10 | $10 |
11 - 30 | $9 |
31 - 50 | $8 |
51 - 100 | $7 |
100+ | $6 |
For example, if your business has 70 locations, here's how your pricing is calculated:
- 1 - 10 locations: 10 × $10 = $100
- 11 - 30 locations: 20 × $9 = $180
- 31 - 50 locations: 20 × $8 = $160
- 51 - 70 locations: 20 × $7 = $140
Total price: $100 + $180 + $160 + $140 = $580 per month
Important: With the yearly Professional plan, you pay for 10 months and receive 12 months of access.
