How to create a reputation report

The Reputation Report in Zoho Publish closely analyzes incoming reviews and your responses. It highlights the number of reviews without a response, categorized by negative, neutral, or positive sentiments, along with rating distribution. This offers valuable insights into customer satisfaction, turning raw data into actionable guidance.

Important: You can schedule a report to be automatically stored within Zoho Publish and/or sent to stakeholders.
  1. Click My Profile at the top-right corner and select Reports.



  2. Click the Create Report button.



    NotesNote: If you've already created a report, click the +Add button at the top left corner.



  3. Select Reputation Report and click Use Template.



  4. Edit the report name if needed.



  5. Select a business.



    NotesNote: You can select only one business. The Reputation Summary allows selecting multiple businesses for comparison.

  6. Select the timeframe for which you'd like to get insights.



  7. Choose your preferred way to view the data. Depending on the timeframe, you can select Day, Week, Month, or Quarter.



  8. Edit the business label if needed.

    Note
    : Charts in reports have a 20-character limit for business names. Use labels to avoid confusion, especially for longer and similar names.

  9. Click Generate Report.
