How to transfer ownership to a super admin

Note:

1. A super admin can be designated as the owner, a role that can be assigned to only one user in an organization. The owner is typically the user who created the organization and has all super admin permissions, as well as the ability to delete the organization. Users with this role are identified by an Owner tag next to their name.
   
2. Ownership can be transferred to another super admin in the Trial and Professional plans.
   
3. Only the current owner can transfer ownership to another super admin.
   

1. Click Users & Roles on the left menu.
   
   
   
   
2. Find the super admin you want to make the owner and click the  icon.
   
   
   
   
3. Click Make Org Owner.
   
   
   
   
4. Click Yes, transfer and confirm the confirmation pop-up.
