Purpose
This document provides step-by-step instructions to generate, edit, and view bill details in the system.
Introduction
A Bill Page displays a detailed summary of a transaction, including store name, customer name, bill date, total amount, and other key details.
Accessing the Bill Page
Log into Your Portal
Start by logging into your portal using your administrator account. [Login URL]
Navigate to the Bill Section
Once logged in, navigate to the Bill page.
The Bill page displays all bill records.
Click on a blue-highlighted bill name to view more details.
Click on the three-dot menu to edit, add tags, change the owner, or delete the bill.
Viewing Bill Details
Clicking the Store Name opens a page with complete store details.
Clicking the Customer Name provides a 360-degree view of the customer's profile, including total visits, lifetime value, transaction history, and preferences.
Clicking the Subject Name displays the bill details, including customer information and itemized invoice data.
Bill Page Action
Managing Tags
You can add or remove tags across multiple invoices.
Mass Update
Update key details for multiple records, such as Bill Date, Billing Address, Returnable Items, Loyalty Status, POS Invoice Number, etc.
Change Bill Owner
Reassign an invoice to a different store.
Actions Section
Delete multiple invoices.
Use the Mail Merge option for document generation.
Creating a New Bill
Click [Create Bill].
You will be redirected to the Bill Information page.
Enter the required details, including:
Bill Owner: Person/entity managing the bill.
Subject: Purpose of the transaction.
Customer Name: Recipient of the bill.
Bill Date: Date of creation (DD/MM/YYYY).
Source: Origin of the bill (POS, Cashier Portal, App).
Status: (Created, Approved, Delivered, Cancelled, Returned, Partially Returned, PAID).
Store: Transaction location.
Final Return Period: Date/time for allowed returns.
Has Returnable Item: Indicates return eligibility.
Scroll to the Address Information section to view Billing Street, City, State, Country, and Postal Code.
Next, Other information refers to any additional data related to the transaction.
Description: Additional bill notes.

Adding Invoiced Items
Scroll to the Invoiced Item section.
Enter the product/service details:
Product Name
Quantity
List Price
Amount (before discounts/taxes)
Discount (Value/%)
Tax
Total (after applying discount & tax)
Item Return Days
Returned Quantity
Note: Fields marked in red are mandatory.
Summary Fields
Sub Total: Pre-adjustments/taxes.
Discount: Total discount applied.
Tax: Total tax calculated.
Adjustment: Corrections/modifications.
Grand Total: Final payable amount.
