Campaign Module

Introduction

Campaigns are essential for driving targeted efforts that deliver business outcomes and foster sustained growth. The document describes two types of campaigns:

  1. Flash Campaign

  2. Auto Campaign

 

Distinction Between Flash Campaign and Auto Campaign

Flash Campaign

  • Scope: Broad, targeting a wide audience.

  • Objective: Aligned with long-term business goals.

  • Focus: High-level strategy for measurable, large-scale outcomes.

Auto Campaign

  • Scope: Personalized, targeting individual customers or leads.

  • Objective: Guide users through a predefined journey.

  • Focus: Nurture, engage, and convert customers.

 

 Creating a Flash Campaign 

  1. Click Create Flash Campaign on the right-hand side of the screen.

 

  1. Select the type of campaign in the Choose Your Campaign Goal section.

    • Special Events: Built around events like holidays or product launches.

    • Promotions: Offers discounts or free shipping.

  1. Choose an event type from the dropdown to specify the type of event you're targeting.

  • None

  • Festival

  • Shopping Events

  • Brand Events

  • Other

  1. Click Next.

  1. After selecting the event, a new dropdown appears with specific sub-types. Choose the one that fits your needs.

  2. After selecting the sub-type, click Next to be redirected to the Design Campaign page.

 

  1. On the Design Campaign page, fill in the required fields.

    • Campaign Title: The name of the campaign.

    • Logo Upload: Please upload your brand’s logo in JPG, JPEG, or PNG format to personalize your campaign.

    • Image Upload: Please upload a main banner image related to the promotion in JPG, JPEG, or PNG format.

    • Theme Color: Choose a color theme to match your branding or campaign vibe.

    • Campaign Description: Add the body content or message for your campaign, such as offer details or event highlights.

  1. Choose Offer or Announcement from the dropdown to define the campaign's purpose.

    1. Choose Announcement as the engagement type to send best wishes for an event or festival.

    2. Select Offer to send a limited-time deal like a discount, free item, Buy X Get X, free shipping, or the like.

  1. Click Save as Draft to save your work without proceeding, Cancel to exit the process, Previous to return to the previous step, or Next to move on to the next step.

 

 

If you chose Offer on the Design Campaign page, an Add Coupon link will appear under the dropdown.

  1. Click Add Coupon to create the offer coupon. A pop-up will appear on the right-hand side of the screen.

  2. Select an Offer Type from the dropdown.

  1. Fill in the Discount Value field with the desired discount percentage, specified in numbers.

  1. In the Loyalty Bonus offer type, there are two options:

 

  • Fixed Loyalty Points – A predefined number of loyalty points are allotted to the customer.

  • Bill Value Multipliers - Loyalty points are first calculated based on the bill amount and then multiplied by the value define.

 

  1. Type in the Minimum Billing Amount to specify the minimum purchase value required to apply the coupon.


  1. From the Applicable on dropdown, choose the scope of the discount (Entire Purchase, Specific Items, Selected Category).

 

  1. Select the Coupon Code Type from the dropdown.

    • Custom Code: You define the code. In the designated field, specify the exact string customers will use for the coupon.

    • System Generated: The system creates a unique code next to the dropdown.

  1. Choose how long the coupon remains valid from the Offer Expiry dropdown.

    • Choose By Validity Period to choose a specific date range during which the coupon can be used. After this period, the coupon expires and can no longer be redeemed.

      1. Choose the length of the validity period from the Period dropdown; either Days, Weeks, or Months. Then specify the numbers for the validity period. 

      2. Click Create to finish the steps.

 

 

  • Choose By Date from the dropdown to select a specific expiration date for the coupon.

    1. Choose the date from the calendar pop-up. An additional pop-up will appear alerting you that campaign delivery and repeat schedules can't be set beyond the coupon's expiration date. Click Proceed to acknowledge the notification and continue.

    2. Click Create to finish creating the coupon.

After finalizing the coupon, you'll see Redemption Limit options.

  1. Select Single Use or Multi-Use as desired.

  2. Fill in the terms and conditions for your offer.

    1. For more pre-defined conditions, click on Pre-defined conditions and fill out the required information.

 

  1. Click Save as Draft to save your work without proceeding, Cancel to exit the process, Previous to return to the previous step, or Next to move on to the next step.

 

Communication

After saving your campaign, you'll move on to the Communication tab. The Communication Preferred Channels will appear. After select the preferred channel you will find the template library as a dropdown. Note, only approved templates by whatsapp / DLT will be visible in the dropdown.

Select the template you want to send and check the preview. Click Next to be redirected to the customer selection page.

Choose Customer

On the Choose Customer page, there are two types of customers that will trigger the campaign.

  • All customers: Send your campaign to all registered customers under your business.

  • Based on criteria: Send your campaign to specific customers based on advanced filter options.

When using the Based on criteria option, you'll have to select Advance Filter options to choose specific customers.

  1. From the dropdown, choose from the available options and fill in any applicable parameters for the option:

    • Created Time - Based on {IS, IS AFTER, IS BEFORE, BETWEEN}

    • Customer Owner - Based on {IS, ISN'T, IS EMPTY, IS NOT EMPTY}

    • Customer Source - Based on {IS, ISN'T}

    • Customer Type - Based on {IS, ISN'T}

    • Door No./Building - Based on {IS, ISN'T}

    • First Visited Date - Based on {IS, IS AFTER, IS BEFORE, BETWEEN}

    • Gender - Based on {IS, ISN'T}

    • Is Record Duplicate - Based on { IS, ISN'T}

    • Last Bill Amount - Based on {=, <, >, <=, >=, BETWEEN}

    • Last Visited Date - Based on { IS, IS AFTER, IS BEFORE, BETWEEN}

    • Life Time Value - Based on { =, <, >, <=, >=, BETWEEN}

    • Mobile - Based on {IS, ISN'T}

    • Total Visits, based on {=, <, >, <=, >=, BETWEEN}, filling out the necessary parameters.

  1. To see the total customer in that particular filter, click the refresh/reload icon.

  2. Click Next to save these details and move on to the Send/Schedule page.

Send/Schedule

  1. To send the campaign at the current time, select Send Now. If you want to send the campaign later, select Schedule Later and set the date and time.

  1. To repeat the campaign, select the Repeat Campaign toggle and select the Repeat Cycle from the dropdown (Daily, Weekly, Monthly, or Yearly).

  2. Click Next to move on to the Review Campaign page.

Review Campaign

After reviewing the campaign details, click Launch to send the campaign.

 

To see your campaign information after launching, click the CampaignStudio tab.

 Creating an Auto Campaign 

  1. On the Auto Campaigns page, click Create Auto Campaign.

 

  1. On the Create Auto Campaign page, select the required auto campaign type from the dropdown (Birthday Offer, Anniversary Offer, Welcome Offer, Win Back Lost Customer, Alerts).

  2. For all campaign types, the steps for designing the campaign and setting up offers are the same as the steps followed for the flash campaign. Please follow those steps until you reach the Duration & Trigger page.

 

Duration & Trigger

  1. Select the campaign duration start and end date and time. You can deselect the End time checkbox for unlimited validity.

  2. Selected a Trigger date option from the dropdown and fill in the number of days in the field next to the option if you want to send the campaign before the start date.

  1. If you need to set a reminder on the same day or before, check off the Enable Reminder checkbox and fill in the desired amount of time for the reminder.

  2. Click Next to proceed.

Note: For the remaining Communication, Choose Customer, and Review Campaign pages, follow the same steps as outlined for the flash campaign and click Launch to launch your auto campaign.

Launch the Campaign

  1. After you review your campaign and click Launch, a pop-up will appear. If you're ready to send the campaign at that moment, click Proceed. If you prefer to launch the campaign later, click Save as Draft. To cancel the campaign completely, click Cancel.

To view your campaign details and review the campaign metrics, go to the CampaignStudio tab. On that page, you'll find all relevant campaign information.

To manage the campaign, use the three buttons on the right side of the page. You can click Complete to end the campaign, click Pause to pause the campaign, or click... for more editing options.

Win Back Lost Customer

Win back lost customers is a marketing strategy. focused on re-attracting former or inactive customers.

Note- For create win Back Lost Customer follow the first step of create auto campaign then select the Win Back Lost Customer auto campaign type from the dropdown.

  1. On the Create Auto Campaign page, select the Win Back Lost Customer.

 

2. Selected a Trigger date option from the dropdown and fill in the number of days that has passed since the customer visit the store.

 

3. Click Next to proceed.

Note: For the remaining Communication, Choose Customer, and Review Campaign pages, follow the same steps as outlined for the flash campaign and click Launch to launch your auto campaign.

To view your campaign details and review the campaign metrics, go to the CampaignStudio tab. On that page, you'll find all relevant campaign information.
