Regulated industries like banking, finance, health care, and others can now have the collected signature metadata visible in the signed document. This will help customers follow their respective industry standards for digitally-signed documents and paperwork.
Visible signature components
- Recipient's signature
- Recipient's name and email address - Will be auto-fetched from the recipient details provided by the sender
- Signing reason - Reason associated with the signature, such as review or approval
- Signing time - Time when the signer finishes signing the document (Depends on timezone and format set by the sender)

Based on user requirement, they can choose either of the two options offered by Zoho Sign:
- Normal - vertical layout of metadata

- When controls for life science is enabled, by default, the visible signature gets enabled and the normal signature option is selected.
