Visible signature components

1. Recipient's signature
   
2. Recipient's name and email address - Will be auto-fetched from the recipient details provided by the sender
3. Signing reason - Reason associated with the signature, such as review or approval
4. Signing time - Time when the signer finishes signing the document
5. Unique recipient ID
   

1. Normal - vertical layout of metadata
   
2. Wide - horizontal layout of metadata 
   

Note:

1. When controls for life science is enabled, by default, the visible signature gets enabled and the normal signature option is selected. 
   
2. Based on the sender's preference, they can choose either Normal or Wide.
   
3. The signing time in the visible signature refers to the time when the signer finishes signing the document
   

Configuring visible signatures

1. From the left navigation pane, click Settings > Account Settings and check Enable visible signature.
   
2. Once enabled, select either Normal or Wide. By default, the Normal style will be chosen.
   
   
   
   
3. You can select the details that need to be shown in the signature.
4. Click Save.
