Email templates

Available from the Professional Edition

The email template section will allow you to customize the emails sent from your Zoho Sign account based on your organizational needs.

Click here to learn how to add custom branding.

To customize email templates:

Switch on 'Email customization' option.
Select the language which you would like to customize.

Note: To make the selected language as the common language for all the emails sent by the Zoho Sign users of your organization, select the 'Set as common language' checkbox.

Choose a template from the given list on the left.
Click the 'Edit template' option and customize the subject, header, message, header color and button color of the email based on your needs.

Save the template and repeat the same for other languages.
