  1. Can I combine two separate Zoho Sign organization accounts to form portals?
    No, portals can only be created from within a Zoho Sign organization account.

  2. How many portals can be created? 
    You can create  a maximum of twenty portals.

  3. Can I access multiple organization accounts from my Zoho Sign mobile app?
    No, at present, users cannot access multiple organization accounts from the mobile app.

  4. Why can't the admin of a Zoho Sign oganization account create new portals?
    Only the payment owner of the Zoho Sign account can create new portals. If you are the admin of your Zoho Sign account and want to check who the payment owner of your Zoho Sign organization account is, go to Settings > Subscription details.

  5. Why can't I create a third portal?
    If you are already part of a trial/free portal, you will not be able to create a third portal. You must either upgrade that portal to a paid version or delete the trial/free portal. Learn how to upgrade your trial/free account.

  6. How can I set a portal as default?
    A default portal is the account that you land on every time you sign in to Zoho Sign. When a payment owner creates a second portal, the first portal will be set as default automatically. At present, the default portal cannot be changed manually. 

  7. What will happen if the sender and signer are not part of the same portal?
    If the sender and the signer are not part of the same portal, the document sent for signature will land on the sender's default portal.
