How it works

1. Create a new template or convert an existing template into a SignForm
2. Configure your settings and generate a unique SignForm URL
3. Send this URL to your recipients or embed it on your website 
4. Your recipients then sign and submit the document through the URL

Pre-requisites

1. Should contain minimum one signer and each signer must have at least one field configured
2. If the template contains more than one recipient:
3. Signing order should be enabled
4. Name and email for the first signer should be left empty
5. For all others, name and email should be configured

1. Each SignForm response consume 5 complimentary Zoho Sign credits.
2. Complimentary credits, proportionate to the number of licensed users, are provided to organizations on a monthly basis.
3. If your organization runs out of complimentary credits, then each subsequent SignForm response will consume 5 Zoho Sign credits which need to be purchased as add-ons.
   

Creating a SignForm

1. This action can only be performed by administrators. If you're an administrator, follow these steps:
2. From the left navigation pane, click Templates. You can select any template and convert it into a SignForm by clicking the Create SignForm button under Actions.
3. Alternatively, click SignForms > Create SignForm.
4. The Choose template drop-down will only list the templates that can be used as a SignForm. Select a template from the list or create a new template as mentioned in the pre-requisites.

1. Name: This can be anything you want
2. Limit SignForm responses: Set your maximum limit of responses you wish to collect
3. Enforce OTP (Email authentication code): This feature prevents spam
4. Valid until: The validity period is set as needed
5. Avoid duplicate responses within 7 days of initial response: Prevents duplication of responses from same signers
6. Allow signer to resume singing from their previous response: Lets signer continue their signing action. When they retry accessing the document, OTP will be shared to their associated email id.
7. Click Save.
   

Sharing your SignForm link

1. You can copy the SignForm URL from the SignForm page.  
2. Test the URL by copying and pasting it into a private window and then entering the details. 
3. You can view the responses associated with a SignForm from the Actions button.
4. There's also an option to export the associated responses as a CSV file.
5. After confirming that the URL is working properly, you can start using it in your emails, send it to recipients, or embed it on your website.
   
6. You can disable and delete the URL anytime. The SignForm will automatically be disabled after the validity period expires.
   
7. You can quickly find the active, inactive, expired, and limit reached from the left hand side menu.
