How to export and import templates in Zoho Sign

Zoho Sign allows users to seamlessly export templates from one Zoho Sign account or portal and import them into another, enabling efficient document handling and enhanced collaboration. However, it's important to note that Zoho Sign currently does not support exporting or importing templates across accounts belonging to different data centers.

To export templates 

  1. Go to Zoho Sign's dashboard.
  2. Select Templates from the left navigation panel.


  3. Select the templates you want to export.
  4. Click the Actions drop-down button.
  5. Choose Export template(s).

The chosen templates will be exported as a ZIP file.

To import templates

  1. Go to Zoho Sign's dashboard.
  2. Select Templates from the left navigation panel and click Import template(s) from the dropdown.



  3. Select the ZIP file containing your previously exported templates.



  4. Click Import.
