Availability - Professional plan and above
Zoho Sign supports migrating templates from other vendors directly into your account, so you don't have to recreate them manually. This currently supports Docusign template exports. When you import a Docusign template, Zoho Sign parses it and converts it into an equivalent Zoho Sign template. The template structure, document content, recipient roles, and field configurations are preserved during the conversion.
Why migrate your templates to Zoho Sign?
- Save hours of manual recreation: If you maintain dozens or hundreds of templates in Docusign, rebuilding each one by hand in a new platform is slow, repetitive work. Migration carries them over automatically, so you do not start from scratch.
- Preserve your existing setup: Your template structure, document content, recipient roles, and field configurations all come across intact, so your team keeps working the way it always has.
- Reduce the risk of errors: Manual recreation invites mistakes, such as a misplaced signature field or a missed recipient role. Automated migration transfers everything faithfully and gives you a status report flagging anything that needs a second look.
- Get up and running faster: Everything migrates in the background and lands ready to use under Templates, so your team can adopt Zoho Sign right away.
What gets migrated
The following template elements are carried over during migration:
- Template structure and document content
- Recipient roles
- Field configurations and placements
