How do I change the payment owner?

Only the Administrator of the account can change the payment owner.
1. Hover on Settings in the left navigation pane and click Subscription Details from the drop-down.

2. In the Subscription Window, click Change Payment Owner.

3. Select yourself from the list of owners in the drop-down menu.
4. Click Save.
How to transfer ownership and delete old User?
1. Log in to the Zoho Sign account, hover on Settings in the left navigation pane, and click Users from the drop-down.

2. Select the user for whom the ownership needs to be changed.
3. Click More Actions and choose Change Ownership from the list of options displayed in the drop-down menu.

4. Select the user to whom the ownership needs to be changed.

Only an Administrator can change ownership of an account and delete a user. Once the ownership is changed, documents, templates, folders, document types, and email domains owned by the user will be transferred to the selected user. This cannot be reverted.
Once the ownership has been changed, you can delete the user by choosing Delete under the More Actions drop-down menu.


Once this process has been successfully completed, inform us by sharing the new user email to revert the subscription.
How do I cancel my Zoho Sign subscription?
You can cancel your subscription at any given time by following the below given steps.
1.Hover on Settings in the left navigation pane and click Subscription Details from the drop-down.

2. The Subscription Details page will open. Click Modify Plan to open a new window with the subscription details.

3. Click the Change Plan button under the Manage Subscriptions menu.
4. Click Cancel the Subscription.
5. Click Downgrade Anyway.

Only the admin of the specific organization can cancel or change the subscription details. Please ask other users to make a backup copy of their documents.
