Ask Zia- Search, understand, and sign documents

With Zoho Sign's integration with Zia, Zoho's AI assistant, signers can now search and extract specific information from within a document before signing. This takes document reviewing to the next level, making the process faster, smarter, and more efficient.
Let's consider a use case where you are a part of a legal team and are responsible for proof reading the critical clauses, such as indemnity, confidentiality, or arbitration, in important contracts. You can interact with Zia and ask for specific details of the document without manually scanning the entire contract, significantly reducing review time and risk of oversight.
How to enable AI assistant in Zoho Sign
This action can only be performed by administrators. If you are an administrator:
- From your Zoho Sign dashboard, hover over Settings in the left navigation pane and click Integrations.
- Scroll to find AI assistant. Alternatively, search for AI assistant.
Click Configure, then click Enable.
Zia's AI chat bot is only supported for PDF documents that are under one thousand characters and do not have the prefill fields format. Each use consumes an AI credit.
What are AI credits?
AI assistant credits are added monthly based on your Zoho Sign subscription to use our AI features. No additional payment is required to purchase the AI credits.
AI credits will be provided to every user up to a maximum of 50 users.
After the recipient receives a document for signing or approval, they must:
- Click the AI assistant icon in the top-right corner of the page.
- Select Ask Zia.
- Enter the prompt they would like to search for. For example, "Where is the termination clause?" or "What is the lease duration?".
