When signatories, approving authorities, and the transacting parties are already familiar with the terms of an agreement, time spent on skimming through the lengthy paperwork could be put to better use. Zoho Sign's integration with Zia, Zoho's AI assistant, allows recipients to generate concise and accurate summaries of their documents in seconds. This improves efficiency and reduces manual effort while ensuring that the critical details are not overlooked.  

How to enable AI assistant in Zoho Sign




This action can only be performed by administrators. If you are an administrator:
  1. From your Zoho Sign dashboard, hover over Settings in the left navigation pane and click Integrations.
  2. Scroll to find AI assistant. Alternatively, search for AI assistant.
  3. Click Configure, then click Enable
Notes
The AI document summarization is supported only for PDF documents with no prefill fields format, are limited to one hundred thousand characters, and consumes additional AI credits.

What are AI credits?

AI assistant credits are added monthly based on your Zoho Sign subscription to use our AI features. No additional payment is required to purchase the AI credits.

How to summarise an agreement




After the recipient receives a document for signing or approval, they must:
  1. Click the AI assistant icon in the top-right corner of the page.
  2. Select Summarize document.
  3. Click Summarize.
  4. The purpose of the agreement will be presented, along with its key points.
