There has always been a risk of overlooking contract clauses while reviewing and approving a contract workflow. With Zoho Sign's AI assistant, extract the key clauses in your contract or agreement without manually reading the entire contract, thus reducing the time taken to execute an agreement or contract.

How to enable AI assistant in Zoho Sign

This action can only be performed by administrators. If you are an administrator:
  1. From your Zoho Sign dashboard, hover over Settings in the left navigation pane and click Integrations.

  2. Scroll to find AI assistant. Alternatively, search for AI assistant.
  3. Click Enable.

The AI key terms extraction is only supported for PDF documents with no prefill fields format, are limited to 40,000 characters, and consumes additional AI credits.

What are AI credits?

AI assistant credits are complimentary credits that are added on a monthly basis based on your Zoho Sign subscription to use our AI features. No additional payment is required to purchase the AI credits.

How to extract key words from a contract

To use the key term extraction feature, your signer has to follow these steps:
  1. Click the AI assistant icon in the right navigation pane.
  2. Select Extract key terms from the AI assistant options.
  3. Click Extract key terms again.
  4. If your signer is OK with the content, they can proceed with signing the document.
