Unable to send documents using Zoho CRM extension
Scenario: Why am I
seeing the following error "Please Enable the Zoho Sign Documents, Zoho
Sign Recipients, Zoho Sign Document Events module and then send the
document" when trying to send the document for signature from Zoho CRM Extension?
Generally,
this error appears when the profile has not been given permission to
one of the following three modules: Zoho Sign Recipeints, Zoho Sign
Document Events, or Zoho Sign Documents.
Please make sure the user has been given access by following the below given steps.
2. Click Modules and Fields under the Customization menu.
3. To add a new profile, click the relevant module and click Module Permission.
4. Add the profiles to whom the module's access needs to be given.
Note: Adding a profile can be done only by the admin.
