Zoho Sign offers uploading multiple files. You can upload up to 40 files in a document signature request, but the size of individual files must not exceed 25 MB, and their combined size must not exceed 40 MB.
How can I find the request ID for a document signature request in Zoho Sign?
To locate the request ID and other details required while debugging your issue, click on Documents > Document Name > More actions > Copy debug info.
How can I filter results from the search bar in Zoho Sign?
You can filter search results in Zoho Sign by clicking the drop-down button next to the search bar. This presents you with the options to filter results by category, folder, document type, and other search criteria.
How do I remove the watermark from my documents?
We have enabled the watermark in our trial plan to avoid spamming, as well as allow a larger number of envelopers to be sent out for testing purpose. This watermark will not be present in our paid and free plans. You can click Modify or Upgrade based on your requirement directly from our dashboard.
- To upgrade to a paid plan, click Upgrade at the top-right corner in your Zoho Sign dashboard.
- To move to the free plan, navigate to Settings > Subscription details > Cancel trial.
Please note that even after you have upgraded your plan or moved to the free plan, all documents sent out for signature during the trial period will still carry the watermark and cannot be removed.Why are my recipients not receiving the documents sent for signatures?
This could happen for several reasons:
- Send in order - Ensure if you checked the Send in Order button.
- Account verification - If you or your organization administrator has recently created a Zoho Sign account, ensure you have verified your email address before you send out the document for signature.
- Domain Verification - If you are sending documents from your organization's email, ensure that you have verified your domain to ensure emails are sent from your domain, instead of notifications@zohosign.com
